Book Review: Alice in Wonderland

Rabbits jumping through holes and a world where everybody is mad. This is known as Wonderland and this book is a very famous story made by Lewis Carroll that has many other adapted versions though the one I read was the original.

I enjoyed reading it a lot as it was interesting though there were words that are a little complicated I believe if you try to understand them or end up searching up words it'll become a fun reading experience as you meet lots of different funny characters that will make you laugh and question their beings entirely. One of them being the cheshire cat who can disappear at the flick of his tail and speaks in almost nothing but riddles. His job is to guide young Alice through Wonderland along with the others.

Alice Liddel is the girl who fell through the rabbit hole and does her best to comprehend her situation. Unfortunately that isn't how Wonderland works and she finds herself wondering whether it's a dream or not due to all the crazy happenings like when she ends up shrinking and growing at strange speeds all due to some funny little foods.

This is a topsy turvy world that I would recommend for anyone aged ten and up as it is a wonderful book with nothing bad in it apart from a queen who's favourite phrase is, "Off with their head!" I invite anyone to join Alice on her adventures through the magical world of Wonderland where anything is possible and where everybody's mad!
